Texas Gov. gives Obama cold shoulder

President Obama isn’t exactly getting the royal treatment for his visit to Texas Tuesday afternoon, where he will deliver a speech on immigration reform at 3:30 p.m Eastern Time in El Paso.

Texas Republican Gov. Rick Perry will not meet with Obama after he lands in the conservative stronghold, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said during a briefing with reporters on Air Force One.
