Trump and Republicans blame wildfire smoke on Canada for mismanaging forests

Smoke engulfed major cities, including Chicago, New York, and Washington, D.C., Friday morning, turning skies orange and hazy and causing the metropolitan areas to experience the worst air quality in the world.
