President Joe Biden emphasized the United States’s “commitment to Israel’s security” after the Israel Defense Forces announced it had detected Iran had launched drones at Israel from within its borders on Saturday.

“I just met with my national security team for an update on Iran’s attacks against Israel,” Biden posted on X Saturday evening. “Our commitment to Israel’s security against threats from Iran and its proxies is ironclad.”
