MARLIN, Texas (AP) — A Marlin police detective has been placed on administrative leave after allegedly using Facebook to complain about people on public assistance.
The Waco Tribune-Herald repots (http://bit.ly/1o7shTo ) that Rob Douglas will remain on leave while authorities conduct an investigation.
