A North Dakota man who claimed to be Jesus was arrested for allegedly plotting to kidnap President Obama’s dog, Bo — officially, the first dog of the United States.
Stuart Stockert was set to appear in D.C. Superior Court Friday to answer to the charges after Secret Service arrested him at the Hampton Inn near the Washington Convention Center.
Police said they found an illegal firearm, a machete and a club.
According to the police report, Stockert also claimed that he was the son of John F. Kennedy and Marilyn Monroe, and was preparing to run for president on a platform of a $99 per month healthcare plan.
