Hammond, Matthews have ‘ha’-off on ‘Hardball’

If you know anything about MSNBC’s “Hardball” host Chris Matthews, it’s that he has an identifiable laugh that he isn’t afraid to let loose when appropriate. Few people can do the Matthews “ha” as well as comedian and “Saturday Night Live” star Darrell Hammond, who took full advatange of the opportunity to jest and mock his Matthews during an interview on “Hardball” Wednesday night.

After Matthews aired a few “SNL” clips in which Hammond impersonated the veteran newsman, he broke into a series of “ha” outbursts only for Hammond to “ha” back and keep the laughs rolling.

Hammond was on the show to talk about his new book, “God, If You’re Not Up There, I’m F***ed”.
