Former New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson was hanging out in Georgetown on Thursday having lunch at Clyde’s. A Yeas & Nays spy said that Richardson was dining with another older gentleman in the atrium and sported a blue button up shirt, what appeared to be a green and blue Hermes tie, and a Navy blue blazer. “Richardson is laughing and seems to be enjoying himself,” the source reported.
