Former President Bill Clinton was spotted lunching at the brand new Rasika West End Thursday, after delivering a speech at the Omni Shoreham Hotel. The former leader of the free world dined with a party of seven that included longtime Democratic operative Terry McAuliffe. Clinton happily took photos with guests who greeted him both inside and outside the restaurant. His party stayed for a leisurely two and a half hour long lunch.
