Looks like not everyone got screwed by the housing bubble burst: Karl Rove is in a contract to sell his three-level brick Washington home, according to the Washington Business Journal.
The five-bedroom residence had been listed for $1.59 million. Rove picked up the property in 2001 for a mere $799,000.
