Fashion disaster
Tim Gunn confirmed it: Washington simply isn’t very fashionable.
The “Project Runway” star was in town Friday for an event put on by the Greater Washington Fashion Chamber of Commerce in order to raise funds for the nonprofit Out for Work.
Always the gracious host, he didn’t criticize the fashion of anyone there, but he did say that Washington has lagged behind other cities when it comes to fashion trends. Still, he’s optimistic, saying that with the Obamas coming into town, “Hope is on the way.”
