It seems that Megyn Kelly and Donald Trump will meet again.
Fox News confirmed today that anchors Megyn Kelly, Bret Baier and Chris Wallace will all return to moderate the final Republican presidential debate before the Iowa caucus. This is the only debate held in Iowa.
The decision to have Fox News host both the first and last of the debates before the first vote in the nation was made by the Republican National Committee before Trump and Kelly’s tense exchanges at the first debate.
The first debate was noted for Kelly’s accusations of a history of sexism by Trump, and subsequent complaints by Trump in the media that he was dealt with unfairly by Fox. Presuming Mr. Trump is still in the race and agrees to participate, this sets up a rematch of sorts.
The debate is slated for late January, and the Iowa caucus is scheduled for February 1, 2016.
