“American Idol” alum Adam Lambert stopped by Cobalt unannounced Saturday night and ended up taking over the deejay booth and playing four songs off his upcoming album “Trespassing.” We’re told that Lambert, with his boyfriend and a member of his band in tow, had several drinks downstairs and, chatting with club management, agreed to debut a few new songs that he had stored on his iPhone. (Making the gay bar the first in the country to play the tracks). Lambert manned the deejay booth and gladly posed for pictures with fans, though bounced once it started getting a little crazy. “He was super humble and nice,” a source at the club told Yeas & Nays. Lambert is making his way through D.C. this week, performing acoustic sets for several local radio stations.
