How does her garden grow?
First Lady Michelle Obama has been getting her fingernails dirty all summer in the White House Kitchen Garden, and finally, we can see it for ourselves this weekend — but only from a distance.
The White House Gardens will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday for ground tours of the Jacqueline Kennedy Garden, Rose Garden, Children’s Garden and the South Lawn.
Unfortunately, if we want to get a glimpse of Michelle’s prize piece of land, we’ll have to bring binoculars.
