New Hampshire residents are getting tired of the upcoming midterm elections.
“Politics has no business being anywhere around children,” a Portsmouth woman said when “Wheels on the Bus” started to play on a Scott Brown ad her granddaughter saw.
The New Hampshire Senate race between Republican Scott Brown and Democratic incumbent Jeanne Shaheen has produced an ad war of sorts, according to the Associated Press.
However, being connected with President Obama is doing Shaheen no favors, explaining Browns’ positive presence in the race.
Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., is expected to stump for Brown next week.
A RealClearPolitics average of polls has Shaheen ahead of Brown by just four points.
