Everyone was in the April Fool’s Day mood, including the United States Capitol Police.
One of our spies reports that she had a bit of trouble trying to enter a Senate office building Thursday, where she works. After going through security she was stopped by an officer.
The reason?
“Is that a stun gun in your purse?” she was asked.
Ummm, no.
After a few stiff seconds she realized she had indeed been fooled.
