Hunter Biden is expected to deliver remarks Wednesday morning following his Delaware Federal Court appearance in which he was expected to plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax charges.
The son of President Joe Biden reached a plea deal last month with the Department of Justice, and he will likely not see any jail time.
