Lindsey Graham will have a ‘rotating first lady’ should he win the White House

Lindsey Graham is becoming more and more of a unique presidential candidate as his campaign for the White House unfolds.

The unmarried Republican senator from South Carolina, who recently revealed himself as an “unorthodox” conservative and welcomed Caitlyn Jenner into his party, told the Daily Mail in an exclusive interview that he would “have a rotating first lady” should he be elected president.

Graham was specifically addressing the fact that his bachelor status renders him unusual among past presidents and presidential hopefuls.

“Well, I’ve got a sister, she could play that role if necessary,” Graham said of the up-for-grabs first lady position.

“I’ve got a lot of friends,” he added with a laugh. “We’ll have a rotating first lady.”

Graham explained that his White House would be one of social interaction, describing himself as a “fun guy” who likes to “hang around.”

“If I get to be in the White House, I’ll bring members of Congress and their families down,” the Republican lawmaker alleged. “We”ll interact like Ronald Reagan did, we’ll have a lot of chance to get to know each other. I’m a social kind of guy.”

Where the Oval Office will be heavy on convivial meetings it will be light on carbs. Graham admitted that he, like former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, is “low-carbin’ it.”

“In Iowa, you’re in like the carb center of the world, but you also have a lot of meat,” Graham observed. “So I should be the pork association’s man of the year. I’ve eaten enough bacon to sink a battleship!”
