Jimmy Fallon tackled reports that Chris Christie has spent $82,000 on concessions at MetLife Stadium since becoming governor of New Jersey during Monday’s episode of “The Tonight Show.”
“I know that this seems like the perfect story for a Chris Christie joke, but I’m actually on a diet,” quipped Fallon. “I’m on a Chris Christie joke diet, so nothing for me.”
That didn’t stop The Roots from binging on a few jokes, which prompted Fallon to eventually cheat on his “diet.” Watch below to hear their one-liners.
