Fallon: Pros and cons of being Trump’s vice president

Donald Trump announced that he has whittled his list of potential vice presidential nominees down to five possible candidates, so Jimmy Fallon read some of the pros and cons of being Trump’s running mate on Tuesday’s episode of The Tonight Show.

Fallon listed the advantages of being vice president, including being second in line for the presidency and traveling all over the world.

“Pro, meeting leaders from all over the world,” Fallon said. “Con, having to learn how to say ‘sorry about him’ in hundreds of different languages.”

He also joked about who the presumptive Republican nominee could pick to help him with different demographic groups.

“Pro, Trump wants a VP that can help him with both women and Hispanics,” the comedian continued. “Con, he’s leaning towards Dora the Explorer.”

“Pro, Trump could choose Kasich, Cruz, Rubio, Bush, Fiorina, Huckabee, or Carson,” Fallon said. “Con, or as he likes to call them, loser, liar, low-life, lazy, crazy, dopey, and sleepy.”
