Andrew Garfield is currently making the TV rounds on behalf of his role as Peter Parker in The Amazing Spider-Man 2. But on this week’s Saturday Night Live, the actor played another character: overly self-absorbed and deliciously attractive Justin Timberlake.
Fake Timberlake stole the spotlight during the recurring Family Feud skit. This week’s spoof saw American musicians face off against international ones. As the game show began, host Steve Harvey, played by Keenan Thompson, introduced the two teams. First up: Timberlake.
“Tonight I am not here as a Grammy winner or as a movie star,” the faux singer said as he thumbs down his bottom lip and smolders at the camera. “Tonight I want everyone to know — it’s just Justin.”
Timberlake’s teammates included Bruno Mars, Reba McEntire and Skrillex, whom Thompson referred to as a “spooky ghost.” International guests included Shakira, who “talks in yodels,” Drake, Adele and Russell Crowe.
The celebrities blow the game making every answer about them. However, Timberlake takes the cake on the conceited meter. Seducing the camera as he talks, interrupting the opposing team as they attempt to answer the question and busting out into a solo performance.
Who knew that Garfield could rock a JT impression so well?
