Hillary Clinton may be campaigning as the candidate of the future, but the youngest generation in New Hampshire are overwhelmingly rejecting the former first lady.
A University of Massachusetts Lowell/ 7 News tracking poll found that Clinton’s support among millennials is nearing single-digits.
The tracking poll found that Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) is leading Clinton 61 percent to 32 percent among likely Democratic primary voters in the Granite State. Among millennials the contrast is even more stark — Clinton had just 10 percent support of among 18-29 year olds.
The poll was taken over three-days including after the Iowa Caucus, where Clinton won by a lucky coin toss on six occasions.
Sanders enjoyed a similar margin of victory among millennials in Iowa. According to entrance polls in the state the Vermont Senator won 84 percent of Gen-Y in the Democratic Caucus.
