Pink slip website makes case against Ohio Senator Sherrod Brown

Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. has created a visually-appealing website dedicated to removing Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) from office.  Not only are the graphics colorful and attractive, the animated home page video effectively jabs the tax-raising Senator, giving useful information for voters who may be considering voting him out of office in November.

Sherrodbrownisntworking.com has one goal: to get Brown out of office in Ohio by handing him a virtual pink slip. Website browsers are greeted on the homepage with bulleted points about poor policy decisions Brown has made such as “voted for Obamacare” and “voted for higher taxes.” People can also sign a “Notice of Termination” and then share it with friends via social media.

The website notes that Brown “voted for Obamacare, which took $700 million away from Medicare to pay for government giveaways.” Other decisions the ABC highlight are his votes for the “stimulus,” and “higher taxes” claiming, “Sherrod Brown’s just not getting the job done to restore Ohio’s economy and bring back jobs.”

According to the latest Real Clear Politics poll average, Brown has a five point lead on his opponent, Tea Party candidate Josh Mandel, leading Mandel 47.4 percent to 42.2 percent. With Brown having incumbency advantage and showing a solid lead heading into November, perhaps Associated Builders and Contractors Inc. should ramp up the advertisements for their pink slip website if they wish to see their goal accomplished.
