The Democrats running for president want you to know they love illegal immigrants. They’re basically better than Americans in every way and deserve all the benefits of citizens.
Former Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley proposed opening Obamacare to illegal immigrants and their children living in America–let it be known if you have even a toothache come here.
Hillary Clinton didn’t go as far. She was okay with illegal immigrants buying into Obamacare, but not for the subsidies–until we give them all amnesty under “comprehensive immigration reform.”
“I think that is — it raises so many issues,” Clinton said. “It would be very difficult to administer, it needs to be part of a comprehensive immigration reform, when we finally do get to it.”
We can’t give them all the welfare until we give out “Get Out of Jail Free” cards.
Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), who has called open borders a Koch idea, said he also wants illegals and their children to get free healthcare.
Why not? Democrats treat the American welfare state like the closing sale featuring a wacky waving arm flaling tube man– these prices are crazy at crazy Bernie’s car dealership!
Former Virginia Sen. Jim Webb differed only slightly, saying he supports offering some kind of healthcare benefits to illegals, but said the nation needed to defend it’s borders.
They all both promised to go farther than President Obama, because illegal immigrants without a heavy criminal record are just hard working patriots–like Francisco Sanchez before he shot Kate Steinle in the chest.
But it didn’t stop there. Not only will illegals get amnesty and healthcare, but also instate college tuition: something not granted to American citizens from neighboring states.
Clinton, O’Malley, and Sanders all agreed that illegal immigrants who are already granted millions in welfare benefits should receive a discount for college tuition, at in-state rates not offered to American citizens.
That means an illegal immigrant living “in the shadows” in New Jersey can get to go to college at a discounted rate, but a poor American in the inner city of Philadelphia, Penn. has to pay tens-of-thousands of dollars to attend the same school.
And Democrats say they don’t hate the poor.
One loud critic was Republican frontrunner Donald Trump who tweeted that the Democrats had their terrible priorities.
