Dog helps man recreate famous movie scenes

It looks like you can teach an old dog new tricks. A man named Chris Naka recently uploaded photos on Reddit of himself and a talented 13-year-old dog recreating memorable movies scenes, according to TODAY.com.

Naka and the pooch, Wrigley, pose like actors in scenes from “Spiderman,” “Top Gun,” “Titanic,” and “Sixteen Candles,” among others. As reports TODAY.com, 30-year-old Naka credits his co-workers at Blue Man Group in Chicago with the idea for the photo series.

“We started taking the photos during the last five minutes of our lunch and it just took off from there,” Naka explained. “Someone printed a bunch of our early pictures, posted them in the green room, and folks from all over the theater started sending emails with movie suggestions.”

Though many of the photos reference famous scenes from romance movies, Naka said there wasn’t a “great reason” for his choice of films. “Once we started with ‘Titanic’ it just made sense to continue the trend. Really though, the romance photos were so hilarious and kind of bizarre. We just planned to keep going until we ran out of ideas,” he detailed.

Naka uploaded the photos on December 27 and the series already has over 60,000 views. See the complete collection here.
