David Letterman invited President Obama onto “The Late Show” Monday in order to compliment him on his comedic talent.
“You were very funny at the [White House Correspondents’ Association] dinner,” Letterman said.
“I’m pretty funny,” the president responded smugly, “because I learn watching you.”
The comedian then asked Obama whether or not other people write his jokes for him. Watch below to hear the president’s response.
