The mainstream media’s double standard has reached new depths and entered the seventh circle of hell.
On Wednesday, BuzzFeed CEO Jonah Peretti sent out a loaded tweet about Donald Trump’s daughter, Ivanka, about her capacity for lewd and crude language.

This tweet came in response to Ivanka saying in a fireside chat during the Fortune Most Powerful Women Summit in Dana Point, California that listening to her father’s words of groping women from the 2005 video tape were shocking.
“He was embarrassed that he had said those things and he apologized,” Ivanka told TIME magazine’s Nancy Gibb. “That’s not language consistent with any conversation that I’ve ever had with him certainly or any conversation that I’ve overheard so it was a bit jarring for me to hear. He was very sincere in his apology.”
Now, these are private conversations that most people would not dare share with the public, but it’s an election season, damn it, and all bets are off. Well, at least for the leftist media.
If Chelsea Clinton, the daughter of Bill and Hillary, ever said something to that effect, and there’s a good chance she’s made jokes about men’s members in her life, the media would never dare report on it.
Whether the media is really part of a conspiracy to elect Hillary Clinton and smear Donald Trump or not, their loose reporting of private conversations that cannot be substantiated by other people is playing into Trump’s hands.
No good can come from a story like this; Hillary Clinton is already poised to win the election on November 8th. All this is doing is pouring salt in the wound.
