A crisis pregnancy center in Washington, D.C., was covered with red paint, egged, and graffitied by vandals.
Photos of the Capitol Hill Pregnancy Center show the front door splashed with red paint, windows covered in eggs, and “Jane says revenge” written on the building in spray paint.

According to Olohan, the clinic’s director said the vandalism makes her “sad,” given the work they do for struggling women.
She added that the director believes it was perpetrated “by pro-abortion protestors concerned about the possible overturn of Roe v. Wade.”

“The clinic has security cameras but Janet tells me they weren’t operating at the time, saying the clinic needed to fix them,” Olohan said in a subsequent tweet.
Sen. James Lankford (R-OK) wrote, “Why would anyone attack a crisis pregnancy center trying to help moms?”, in response to the incident.

CHPC did not respond to the Washington Examiner’s requests for comment.
Last month, a Wisconsin anti-abortion organization headquarters was set on fire and at least one Molotov cocktail that failed to ignite was found, according to police. Authorities were investigating the incident as arson.

Also in May, a Manassas, Virginia, pregnancy center was defaced with graffiti. The center’s CEO told the Washington Examiner that “we’re not really surprised because you see what’s happening nationwide. And then we knew when this leak got out that things were going to become chaotic.”
