Kent Police said Saturday that two thieves had stolen athlete Andrew McCabe’s training bag, which contained his running spikes, team uniform and cell phone.
The 21-year-old is scheduled to compete in the 4x100m relay next Friday.
Police said the bag was snatched Friday from a training center at a school in Tonbridge, southern England, about 62 kilometers (38 miles) from London’s Olympic Stadium.
