And now we hear that defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth said he feels deceived by the Redskins. That’s according to the NFL Network, which based the report on people close to Haynesworth.
Two words: boo, hoo.

Haynesworth apparently is upset because he was told he’d be able to rush the passer the way he wanted, that he would have the owner’s ear and that, perhaps, his defensive line coach from Tennessee, Jim Washburn, would be coming to town.
Haynesworth clearly looked at the money and failed to consider some important factors. One, he was signing to play for a coach coming off six losses in eight games who played for an owner impatient with unproven employees. And rumors already were circulating that his new defensive coordinator likely would retire at the end of the season.
If reporters knew this, how did Haynesworth not? Blinded by zeroes, perhaps? Things change in the NFL. The Redskins have, for the better. And part of that change was limiting the power of certain players.
