Who will cook for Northern Virginia’s power elite, now that Fabio Trabocchi, chef at Maestro at the Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner, is leaving?

Trabocchi put fine dining on the map in Northern Virginia when he opened Maestro in 2001 at the high-end retail hub.

The chef, who has won nearly every local dining award, is packing up andtaking his act to New York City.

The restaurant will be closed until September.
