The papers of the prominent lawyer and author are now available to researchers at Dershowitz's alma mater, Brooklyn College. Dershowitz donated his papers to Brooklyn College rather than Harvard, where he is a professor.

She was a candidate who lost the New York Senate race in 2012 to the Democratic incumbent. His plea agreement calls for a sentence of 10 to 16 months in prison. He'll be sentenced on Sept. 23.
