Approximately 60,000 people evacuated from Afghanistan since Aug. 17 have arrived in the United States, according to a report published late Wednesday.
The latest figure includes some of the 50,000 people without visas that the Biden administration told refugee assistance organizations they should expect to have to help resettle stateside.
