Former leader of the Ku Klux Klan David Duke praised President Trump for sharing three videos that show what appear to be Muslim men destroying Christian relics and assaulting non-Muslim men.
"Trump retweets video of crippled white kid in Europe being beaten by migrants, and white people being thrown off a roof and then beaten to death, He's condemned for showing us what the fake news media WON'T. Thank God for Trump! That's why we love him!" Duke tweeted Wednesday morning about the videos.
"It's OK to be White" going up on universities across the U.S. & Canada. The hateful response proves ubiquitous anti-white hate & racism! pic.twitter.com/ZdpFrTbh8f— David Duke (@DrDavidDuke) November 2, 2017
Duke previously served as a U.S. representative on behalf of Louisiana residents and was the grand wizard of the KKK. Duke is an avowed white supremacist.
Trump shared three videos originally posted by Jayda Fransen, deputy leader of Britain First HQ. One video showed a man led a teenage boy to the roof of a building and pushed him over the edge. He fell approximately two stories and a large group of men began kicking and punching him to death.
The second video — also shared by Fransen — showed another Muslim man holding a 3-foot-tall porcelain statue of the Virgin Mary. The man said something in Arabic then throws the religious item to the ground, breaking it into pieces.
A third video showed men described as Muslims attacking a man on crutches.
