President Trump said Tuesday that both he and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un trust each other, after their historic summit Tuesday in Singapore.
“I do trust him,” Trump told George Stephanopoulos in an interview. “He trusts me, I believe.”

However, Trump did say that this trust could always be broken, and said he could be saying a year from now, “Gee, I made a mistake.”
“I mean, he said openly, and he said it to a couple of reporters that were with him, that he knows that no other president ever could have done this,” Trump said.
“He knows the presidents, he knows who we had in front of me. He said no other president could have done this. I think he trusts me, and I trust him,” Trump said.
