BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) — Embattled ex-billionaire Tim Blixseth is seeking settlement talks to resolve a tangle of lawsuits involving hundreds of millions of dollars in claims against him arising from the 2008 bankruptcy of Montana’s exclusive Yellowstone Club.
