No.
Here’s what actually happened: House Speaker Paul Ryan was wrapping up his Tuesday press conference on President Donald Trump’s travel ban on refugees from seven Muslim-majority countries, when a cameraman was suddenly heard, saying, “F—. This is a waste of my f—ing time.”
Of course, the audio was caught on the same video footage as Ryan’s address. And of course, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi’s Deputy Chief of Staff, Drew Hammill, tweeted the video clip with the caption, “@SpeakerRyan on talking to reporters: It’s a waste of my f—— time,” following up with, “and the full capitulation of @SpeakerRyan is complete.”
Hammill finally deleted his first tweet and apologized after several of Ryan’s staff members insisted their boss wasn’t an “f-bomb guy.”
