Arlington County to celebrate Latino community’s heritage

Arlington County is celebrating its Latino community this month by proclaiming September Hispanic heritage month.

County Board Chairman Chris Zimmerman, County Board member Walter Tejada and other prominent Arlington Latinos are expected to kick off the monthlong celebration at a ceremony Wednesday.
