It is a crazy busy Restaurant Week in D.C., and everybody’s enjoying: There were two sightings Monday night at the popular restaurant Bibiana Osteria-Enoteca downtown.
We already told you on Tuesday that Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan lunched there, but it turns out she isn’t the only justice who was spotted at the eatery. Our Yeas & Nays spy reports Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg enjoyed an Italian dinner with a guest Monday night. Former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright also was seen there dining with a friend at a separate table.
