Old Dominion plans transportation research center

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (AP) — Virginia Beach soon will be the home of a transportation research center.

The city announced Tuesday that Old Dominion University plans to open the Center for Innovative Transportation Solutions later this summer. Research of transportation issues will include using modeling and simulation.
