Social media platform Twitch will be hosting its first conference since 2019 and will require masks.
Attendees at TwitchCon 2022 will also be required to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test. The venue in San Diego, California, will provide hand-sanitizing stations to make the event "safe and accessible" since the conference last year and the year before were canceled due to the virus.
"We’ve heard from many of you that you want a safer TwitchCon, so we’re updating our policy," Twitch announced on Thursday.
