Baldwin, celebs and Dems to protest Trump in NYC

Actor Alec Baldwin will participate in pre-inauguration protest against Donald Trump outside of the president-elect’s Trump International Hotel and Tower in New York City.

Liberal filmmaker Michael Moore revealed plans for the rally on Twitter on Saturday, saying he will appear alongside Baldwin and “Avengers” actor Mark Ruffalo in a “massive rally” Thursday at 6 p.m.

Organizers told NBC New York that Rev. Al Sharpton and Democratic New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio are also expected to be in attendance and that the event will focus on issues such as immigration, climate change, healthcare and workers’ rights.

Baldwin has repeatedly impersonated the candidate-turned-president-elect in various “Saturday Night Live” sketches since the 2016 campaign began.

Trump has condemned “SNL” for performing a “hit job” on him, and said Baldwin’s portrayal of him “stinks.” The two have traded jabs on Twitter.

It is unclear whether Baldwin will attend the rally as himself or dressed as Trump.
