You know that the hotel manager is in the house when the various attendants and servers are exceedingly attentive (“Another coffee?” “Can I take your plate?” “How ’bout now?” “Now?”). That was the case Monday at the Four Seasons when hotel manager Christopher Hunsberger strolled in to grab a bite to eat (and keep employees in line).
But Katherine Bradley was the big name, as she dined with Ashcroft Group’s Juleanna Glover. Bradley is the president of the CityBridge Foundation, the wife of Atlantic Media Chairman David Bradley and — most importantly — the owner of Maryland’s famed “Wedding Crashers” house. Bradley was one of Glover’s older companions of late: The Breakfast Blue-Ribbon’er has spent recent weeks getting her days started with some young reporting whippersnappers around town (not that Katherine looks a day over 30. …).
Although the place was fairly busy, it wasn’t hard for Alan Bubes to get a table. Why? Well, when you supply linens to all the top restaurants in the city (Bubes owns Linens of the Week), they’re somewhat indebted to you.
