Well this is an interesting development. Deadline is reporting that country crooner Brad Paisley might be setting himself up to be a judge on “American Idol.” Fox is “seriously considering” having Paisley join Randy Jackson and new judge Mariah Carey on the panel. Paisley has a close relationship with “Idol” winner Carrie Underwood and has recorded a song with season 10 winner Scotty McCreery.
