Today, the president attended a fundraiser brunch at the the Ko Olina Aulani Disney Resort. Tickets for the event started at $1000 and donors who gave $5,000 got a photo with President Obama. Those making a $17,900 contribution enjoyed a pre-reception meet and greet with Mr. Obama. Proceeds went to the Obama Victory Fund.

“It is wonderful to be here, not just because the weather is perfect. Obama said during the opening remarks, “This has been a little trip down memory lane.”

Obama added that Michelle Obama and his daughters would return to Hawaii for Christmas vacation.

“We will see if Washington gets its business done so I can get here as well.” he said.

According to White House pool reports, President Obama played golf at the Mamala Bay Golf Course afterwards. The foursome included his longtime friend Robert “Bobby” Titcomb who was arrested and pleaded no contest to soliciting a prostitute, Marvin Nicolson and White House advance man Pete Selfridge.
