Horse trainer to be honored at Illinois State Fair

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (AP) — A nationally known horse trainer who managed shows at the Illinois State Fair for decades will be remembered in a ceremony Sunday.

Wilbur “Webb” Parlier of Arenzville died in May at the age of 76.
