After getting stood up by Congress on Tuesday and before flying out on Wednesday afternoon, “30 Rock” star Alec Baldwin stopped by Oya in Chinatown for a long sushi lunch. A Yeas & Nays spy tells us Baldwin was joined by two guests and they shared eleven sushi rolls, edamame and a few other assorted sides.
