Girl arrested for stalking after posing as boy on Facebook A 14-year-old Prince William County girl was charged with stalking after she allegedly posed as a boy on Facebook to connect with another teenage girl, police said.

The teenager created a profile pretending to be a local boy and then became Facebook friends with the unsuspecting girl. The two began meeting in secret near the victim’s home in Woodbridge last summer, police said. The victim’s parents discovered the true identity of the offender and told their daughter not to have contact with the girl, but the girl repeatedly attempted to make contact with their daughter.

Two found guilty of murder,

armed robbery in wild chase

Antwon O. Blades, 20, and Rashar Smith, 21, face 30 years in prison after they were found guilty of armed robbery and felony murder while armed.

Prosecutors said the two men robbed 22-year-old Francis Warren of marijuana in Waldorf, and drove off when Warren began chasing them in his vehicle. Warren called a friend who got in his car and joined the pursuit. The chase led into the District, where the armed robbers shot into Warren’s vehicle five times. He passed out and lost control of his vehicle. The friend stopped and found Warren slumped over, called 911 and waited for police.
