President Trump and first lady Melania Trump are holding their first state dinner Tuesday evening, hosting French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife, Brigitte.
Bucking tradition, the White House did not disclose the guest list ahead of time, but it was known that around 120 people were on it.
As the guests started to walk in, the press got a first look at who would be in attendance at the dinner event in the Historic State Dining Room.
Notable guests the Washington Examiner spotted walking in include: House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif.; International Monetary Fund Managing Director Christine Lagarde; Commerce Secretar Wilbur Ross; CIA Director Mike Pompeo, who is currently Trump’s nominee to become secretary of state; former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger; Ivanka Trump and husband Jared Kushner; Vice President Mike Pence and his wife, Karen; Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts; media mogul Rupert Murdoch, executive chairman of 21st Century Fox, and his wife, Jerry Hall; White House chief of staff John Kelly; House Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wis.; new national security adviser John Bolton; White House chief economic adviser Larry Kudlow; and Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin and his wife, Louise Linton.

It was previously reported that one Democrat, Louisiana Gov. John Bel Edwards and his wife, will be attending the dinner.
The Trump and Macrons arrived at around 7:25 p.m., and posed side-by-side on the red carpet at the North Portico.
