Arguments made, no ruling in eminent domain case

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (AP) — A state judge plans to issue a ruling soon in the eminent domain case between a New Jersey man and the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority.

Attorneys for the CRDA and 67-year-old Charlie Birnbaum sparred Tuesday over whether the agency can take Birnbaum’s family home in the shadow of the closed Revel Casino Hotel for development.
