2.4 million: Number of people who tuned in to watch the preimere of “Partners” on CBS, making it the weakest link in the network’s Monday lineup. NBC still had a strong night, with “The Voice” and “Revolution” bringing in good ratings, although down from the previous week when they were shown basically unopposed. ABC’s “Dancing With The Stars” all-stars editiong was down 33 percent from last season’s premiere.
